Your Cherished Pet Is In Good Hands!

Chicago Dog Walkers provides one on one loving care for your pets. Your pet and their walker/ caregiver, get to develop a personal relationship day in and day out. We provide one dog walker so your cherished pet isn’t having to relearn a new face every day which frees them up to get down to the important thing; having fun!

• Your dog(s) will always be walked alone.
• We are always happy to assist you during evenings and weekends, and we strive to accommodate urgent or emergency visits whenever possible.
• We ask for 2 sets of keys. There may an instance where your regular walker isn't available for a weekend, last minute evening visit, emergency, etc. This 2nd key give us quick access to get there quickly.
• You are assigned the same dedicated walker. Your dog will know the same familiar face.
• After every walk you get a report card with a photo and a GPS map of the route we took.
• Our office is staffed 9 to 5, Monday - Friday. You are given after hours contact info for emergencies
• To hire our service, you'll talk with our client success manager. They answer your questions, make sure our services are the right fit for your pet care needs, and get your pet set up in our system. There's no charge for it. Then you'll meet your walker at your first scheduled service. Be home for that one if you can — it's a great chance to share your pup's routine, show them where everything is kept, and introduce them to one of our awesome walkers.
• Our walkers are employee's, not independent contractors.
• We are fully insured. Our policies can be viewed on this website.
• We offer 1 method of payment via credit card billing.
• We ask for a minimum of 3 visits per week. The days can change week to week. You are never penalized if you fall short of the minimum.
• You must submit your cancellation request by 12pm the day before a scheduled service or it will be charged in full.
• We take your directive to follow closely and be consistent with training routines. We'll reinforce everything you want for consistency and use the same commands as you.

Dog Walking

Our core service: a 25-minute, one-on-one walk for $26, with the same dedicated walker every day. See full pricing.

Puppy Visits

Young pups need to get out more often than a once-a-day schedule allows. Puppy visits run the same 25 minutes at the same $26 rate — potty breaks, playtime, and reinforcement of whatever routine you're working on at home.

Overnight Care

For overnights we work with our friends at Urban Tailz, and when your regular walker is available we can sometimes staff it in-house instead — so your dog stays with the person they already know. Ask us and we'll sort out the best option for your dates.
